Probably one of the best and most unique “real” meals you can make in a mug, the quiche in a

cup was convenient, appealing and tasty! We had all the ingredients on hand (well most of them)

substituting regular cream cheese for herb and garlic as we were missing the chives. The quiche took

less than 2 minutes to make and came out of the microwave looking quite fancy for the small amount of

work we put into it! It looked exactly like a quiche, despite being a little lumpy and was very colourful

with the yellow of the eggs, green herbs, and brown and pink of the bagel and ham respectively. After

taking a bite each, we instantly fell in love. As long as you like eggs you will love making this flavourful

quiche; both soft and spongy, not too chewy or flaky. Overall we would definitely use this recipe again…

perhaps even making it for guests if they came over.

Tips:

Garnish with herbs to up the appearance of the meal

Try experimenting with different ingredients to customize your quiche recipe!
