Taylor Swift’s Chai Cookies Recipe – Healthy Version

Ingredients

Cookie Dough:

  • ½ c. avocado oil butter (Earth Balance)
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup monk-fruit sugar
  • ½ cup keto-replacement powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup. GF flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 masala chai tea bags
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Icing:

  • ¼ keto powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. oat milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  • Beat butter and monk-fruit sugar until pale and fluffy. 
  • Add all the liquid ingredients until fully combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients in intervals until a dough forms.
  • Form the dough until a ball and chill for an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Line cookie sheet with 12 tbsp. dough drops and press evenly. 
  • Bake at 350° F for nine minutes exactly according to Miss Swift.
  • Cool and cover the cookies with icing.
  • Serve with a chai tea or a chai latte. (chai latte recipe below)

  • Preferred Chai Tea:  https://teapigs.com/products/chai-tea
  • Steep one tea bag in 8-12 oz. of non-dairy milk in a heated pan over the stove.
  • Heat for 5-10 minutes on a medium heat.
  • Pour until a mug and enjoy!
