With Finals Week just around the corner, it is important to get enough sleep and not stress out too much over the upcoming exams. As fellow Boilermaker collegiettes that understand how stressful final exams can be, the Her Campus Purdue team has put together a list of our favorite ways to de-stress and take a break from the frenzy that is Finals Week.

We hope some of these ideas may help you have a stress-free Finals Week! Good luck on exams, Boilermaker Collegiettes!

Leta, Campus Correspondent and President of HCP, de-stresses by running. “There is honestly no better way for me to get my head on straight and sort through all of the stress of finals than by running outside with the wind in my hair. It is so liberating.”

Becca, News Editor and Vice President of HCP, says, “My favorite way to de-stress: a heaping bowl of Red Mango frozen yogurt.” Brittany Cole, HCP Publicity Coordinator, agrees! “I love Red Mango as a study break, because it is better for you than ice cream but still serves as a treat! Plus it’s extremely refreshing!”

Scout, Assistant News Editor of HCP, watches a little TV when she needs a break from studying. “I love to watch the show Animal Cops on Animal Planet during my study breaks because I am overly obsessed with animals.  When I am older I would love to volunteer for the ASPCA! This show makes me really happy and it’s one of the only things I will turn a TV on to see.”
