Easy Campus Cooking: Skinny Tailgate Dip

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Purdue chapter.

Skinny Tailgate Dip

Ingredients:
16 oz (1 pkg.) fat free cream cheese, softened
½ can corn
½ can black beans
½ can whole olives, slice on your own
1 cup shredded cheese of choice (I used a fiesta blend)
Smidge of salsa
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing seasoning mix
Fat Free Wheat Thins

Supplies:
Bowl, spoon or rubber spatula

Directions:
Start out with the softened cream cheese in a bowl and mix in the ranch dressing seasoning. After that is good and mixed in, add everything else!

Serve with Wheat Thins or tortilla chips while watching the football games this weekend! Perfect for taking to a tailgate and you can double the recipe for more friends. Or keep it all for yourself and snack away, it’s addicting and so easy to make!

I can't get anything done until I drink my coffee and I am currently working at a country club as a waitress and at a pottery studio when I have free time! :)
