Spring is finally here! As students of Penn State and residents of State College began to wake up a chilly first day of spring, a line started to form at Rita’s door. Â Every year Rita’s offers a free cup of water ice to each customer to celebrate the first day of spring. Â Those who woke up early enough avoided the long late-afternoon lines. Hopefully you remembered to stop by yesterday and pick up your favorite flavor! As for me, my cup of Mango was a delicious treat. Â Â
