This week, we’re celebrating our fabulous members and the success of our very first fundraiser of the year! Supporting the incredible efforts of the Peace Corps and Let Girls Learn Initiative, the girls of Her Campus Penn State set out this past Sunday to spread the word and wash some cars to raise money for this worthy cause. After a few hours of water, soap and some very dirty cars, we were able to raise nearly $100 for the program and are extrememly thankful for the generous donations we recieved. We can only hope this money will help empower and educate young girls across the globe. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event a success!
