She’s the First sponsors girls’ education in developing nations, giving them the opportunity to become the first in their families to graduate from secondary school. This year, HC will host the Third Annual She’s the First Tie-Dye Cupcake Sale. Each cupcake is just a dollar, and 100% of your proceeds will go directly to the girls sponsored by She’s the First. In 2012, $30,000 was raised across the county from the proceeds of the bake sales, and this year the goal is to double last year’s impact. We’ll be out in front of Mclanahans on Monday, October 28 from 3-5 p.m. Look for our table and snag a treat, we promise they won’t dissapoint. Just two dollars, and think of how far it can go… make a difference!
