One of my favorite reality shows from Netflix is, without a doubt, “Love Is Blind.” With season 10 unleashing a boatload of drama, I wanted to share my opinions on the couples, having written about previous seasons as well. Here is my ranking of each couple from best to worst, not including recent information from the reunion.

Christine and Vic

From the very beginning of the season, Christine and Vic were the absolute sweetest and most genuine couple that was shown. We never saw them argue or talk down to each other, leading them to have less screen time than the other couples, since they weren’t producing enough drama.

Both separately and together, they were two of the calmest and most levelheaded members of the cast. Anytime that they had an issue or a fear regarding their relationship, they immediately discussed it in an open manner and always spoke kindly to each other. Overall, they were the best couple from this season as they did not produce a single amount of drama.

Amber and Jordan

Many fans of the show have had very mixed opinions about Amber and Jordan’s relationship, but I personally loved them together. While seemingly complete opposites, they had an undeniable care for one another that could not be faked.

After their one argument regarding Jordan being nervous to meet Amber’s daughter, she gave him the silent treatment for a day, which I didn’t love. Jordan was visibly anxious and upset, even sharing with Amber that he hadn’t eaten all day because he was so distraught by their argument. They were quickly able to work things out and have an honest conversation, proving just how strong their relationship was.

I also loved how open Jordan was about the fact that Amber already had a child. Although I found it strange that the daughter was introduced to him the day before the wedding, I appreciated the way that he went about it and how important forming that relationship was to him. Ultimately, I believe that they were well-suited for each other and seemed like they were really in love.

Emma and Mike

Throughout the entire season, Emma and Mike had one issue hanging over their heads: agreeing to have children. From the beginning, Mike made it known that all he wanted was to have a family, while Emma was not as keen, due to a fear of passing down a physical trait that could impact her kids. This is because she did not know her biological family and had to have many surgeries to remove possibly cancerous birthmarks.

The differences in views on having children and familial input were a stressor for the entirety of their relationship, leading me to believe that they would not last. The couple also seemed more like friends, rather than two people really in love. Unfortunately, I was right, and Mike could not handle the possibility of not having children.

Bri and Connor

Bri always had an issue choosing Connor, whether it be in the pods or in their daily lives. This issue was particularly prominent regarding her struggle to choose between Connor and another member of the cast, Chris. Even after making her decision, she continued wanting to ‘gain closure’ from her time with Chris.

This makes zero sense, as she chose Connor and therefore should focus on their engagement. Even when she finally does find closure, she does not immediately stop Chris from flirting with her. I just found the way that she handled these situations to be disrespectful to her actual relationship, as he was the one she chose to go through this experiment with.

In the end, she ultimately cannot decide if Connor is really the one for her or if he is just a ‘lesson’ for her to learn from. This was heartbreaking for me to watch, as the entirety of the process showed him being completely in love with her and attentive to her needs. I believe that they definitely were not right for each other and that she needed to figure out what she truly wanted.

Brittany and Devonta

During their time in the pods, they seemed to really like each other, but things quickly went awry during the group vacation to Mexico. Devonta became quiet and distant, which Brittany immediately noticed. He played it off, but I believe that it was obvious that he was not as interested in her as she was in him.

Another large issue was his lack of compliments and reassurance, when all she wanted was to feel that they were on the same page about each other. Even when attempting to compliment her, he focused on obscure things like her clothing instead, and just went about it in an awkward manner.

He even told her that he did not feel that they were ready to get married, which Brittany accepted, but could not seem to accept that he just did not seem to be that into her. It was painful to watch this, as it was very obvious to other fans and me that it just was not going to work out. Hopefully, they both realized this, and Brittany found someone who really did love her.

Ashley and Alex

Where do I even start? Alex is absolutely the most manipulative and shady man that I have ever witnessed on this show.

From the beginning of the season, something about him always felt off to me. He just appeared dishonest and inauthentic.

After he and Ashley stepped into daily life, everything he said began to not add up. Every single word that came out of his mouth was presented as false, and he was unable to keep track of his lies. I mean, when every single story you tell changes as time goes on, the truth is most definitely not being told.

Anytime that Ashley confronted him on this, he would become nasty and double down on his lies. This made him look even worse, and honestly, like he has a dark past. Even though I did not love the way that Ashley stuck around for the relationship, I am extremely glad that she said ‘no’ at the altar and embarrassed him in the way that she did.

Jessica and Chris

Alex might be the most manipulative on this show, but Chris is most definitely the most evil.

After appearing to have an incredibly sweet and genuine relationship with Jessica, a flip switches and he seems to become incredibly disgusted by her. To the confusion of Jessica and the fans, he claims that he prefers women who “do pilates every day”, insinuating that he is not attracted to her body type.

His comments and behavior get worse and worse throughout the season, resulting in him attempting to steal Bri, his second choice, from her fiancé. He shows his true colors and exposes himself as the disrespectful and disloyal man he is.

Fortunately, Jessica leaves him immediately, although he thought she would stay with him after he told her he did not find her attractive. Luckily, she knew her worth and allowed him to look like an idiot for losing her. Mind you, the woman is a doctor!

Ultimately, Chris is ousted from the friend group and is forced to leave the show.

This concludes my ranking of the “Love Is Blind” couples from season 10, and I hope that you share some of my sentiments. Although this season brought us some pretty manipulative people, I believe that this was an entertaining season as a whole.
