How to Make:
- Start by whisking all of the dry ingredients together.
- Then, mix the brown sugar and the butter together.
- Next, beat the egg, vanilla and maple extracts and maple syrup into the other wet ingredients.
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together, then add the pecans (optional).
- Let the cookie dough chill for 2 hours before rolling the cookie dough balls to about 1.5 tablespoons each.
