HC: If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
Matthew: I would change the way we approach education. In order to tackle some of our nation’s most troubling problems (poverty, nutrition, emigration, etc.) we need to develop invotative thought along with practical skills.I would change our attitude and standards of rigor towards education by altering the way teachers are trained, adopting performance bonuses for teachers, adminstrators, and staff, and finally make more resources available to students and teachers.
