This past Thursday, Sisters on the Runway PSU put on their 1st Annual Spring Fashion Show. A couple dozen students, faculty and families came out to support the girls in their mission to put an end to domestic violence. The opening acts included some very talented musicians, solo and group dance performances and an informational presentation from a representative of the Centre County Women’s Resource Center. Toward the end of the show the models helped spread awareness, each holding a sign detailing a statistic relating to the current state of domestic violence. All proceeds from the show were donated to CCWRC.
