“Like Crazy” is a movie about two college students, Anna (Felicity Jones) and Jacob (Anton Yelchin), who fall in love while in their senior year. However, the plot is more complex than first portrayed and problems arise when Anna—a student from England—overstays her visa and is unable to reenter the country.
The tenderness between the two is portrayed in the glances made between them, making their relationship seem familiar to anyone who has ever been in love. However, in more difficult moments the caring looks are replaced with heartbreak and despair that makes their relationship more realistic and intriguing.
This movie is only shown in select theaters, and unfortunately State College does not have it. However, with winter break quickly approaching if you are interested be sure to check your local theaters at home.
