After a particularly stressful week, all I wanted when I got back from class Thursday night was something delicious, so I browsed the internet toward the end of the day, looking for a recipe. I finally found a simple and wonderful one for cupcakes. The Betty Crocker website gave me the idea to add a little bit of lemon zest to white cake mix and crushed strawberries to vanilla icing. Doing this was just as simple as making a boxed recipe, but it gave the ordinary cupcake mix a little extra flavor.
