It happens to the best of us.

1. Any time she flaunts her squad.

Think of any celebrity aside from Katy Perry, and that person is probably part of Taylor’s squad. Ranging from high-profile supermodels (Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge, Cara Delevingne, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid) to fellow musicians (Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, Lorde), she is constantly surrounded by her besties. Where is the sign-up sheet? Seriously, please.

2. In any of her music videos. Ever.

Here’s a question – does Taylor personally choose the gorgeous men featured in her music videos? If so, she hands down has the greatest job in the world. Just take a look at some of the men on the roster.

3. Whenever you see her cats Meredith and Olivia.

If you haven’t seen her cats before, here they are:

(Meredith)

(Olivia)

Yeah, you’re welcome.

These cats are so popular that people actually go to her concerts dressed as them in an attempt to meet Taylor. Just imagine getting to come home to these two after a long day rather than to an empty dorm room or apartment. I know, I’m jealous too.

4. When she brought out special guests on her 1989 World Tour.

Justin Timberlake. The Weeknd. Not me (I’m not bitter at all). Taylor is dedicated to making the best out of every show on her tour, even if that means finding different celebrities to bring out on stage each night. She even brought out Lisa Kudrow, a.k.a Phoebe Buffay from Friends, to sing “Smelly Cat.” Okay, maybe I’m a little bitter.

5. Two words for you: Calvin Harris.

That is one good-looking man. Not only does he have his own career as a successful DJ, he seems super sweet and totally into Taylor. Oh, and he has a Scottish accent. *Insert heart-eyes emoji here*.

While we all wish we could be Taylor, I think the best thing to do is share her ideas of self-empowerment and friendship. Who knows, maybe in a few years time you could have your dream job and be in your dream relationship, surrounded by a group of great people, just like Taylor!
