The semester we never thought could actually come is here and we are now officially second semester seniors. This is it girls, the last couple months of schoolwork, of being on campus, and of being surrounded by your friends. With the future rapidly approaching and time running out, here are some thoughts we’ve all been having as our college journey nears the end.
1. I can’t physically or mentally bring myself to do schoolwork anymore
2. How many nights a week is it acceptable to go to the bars?
3. Here comes my daily mental breakdown about not finding a job after college
4. Wondering “is this really the last time I’ll ever ____?” any time you do anything
5. I can’t wait for this stress to all be over…
6. But I might actually cry thinking about leaving this place
7. Maybe I can just fail all my classes and stay another year
8. I’m never going to make it to graduation
9. Tell me I really won’t have to leave all of my best friends in the whole world after this ends
10. Wasn’t I an innocent, clueless freshman just yesterday?
11. I don’t think this whole entering the “real world” thing is gonna work out for me
12. I have no idea what I’m going to do with my life
13. I need to make the most of every day I have left here
14. My bank account hates me and honestly, I do too
15. Wow… these really have been the best four years of my life…
16. But I’m kind of ready to see what could happen next for me
