Why Biochemistry?: “I chose Biochemistry because I want to become a pediatric doctor. I want to be able to help children.”
What do you like most about Penn State Berks?: “What I like most about Penn State Berks is that it is a small campus, meaning our teachers know us on a first name basis, and get more one on one time when we do not understand something. Also since it is a small campus, it is easier to make friends, and learn about people on a more personable level.”
Advice to incoming Freshmen?: “Get involved. No matter how shy you are, go out and sign up for clubs. It can help you gain friends and get accustomed to the college life faster. Plus, when you join clubs, you get the chance to ask a upper classmen to give you advice on anything and if you’re having school problems they can teach you loopholes and direct you to the right tutoring services and things of that nature.”
