This piece of art was created by sculptor Kevin Forest from Buckingham, Pa and is titled Sailing By The Moon.
Made of steel, stone and bronze, this sculpture was made to reflect the artist’s great appreciation of nature. “Instead of living within nature,” Forest has said, “we want to dominate and rework it. We should spend more time trying to coexist.”
Sailing By The Moon can be found on Penn State Berks campus next to the Alumni Pavilion.
