Winter is in full throttle. To play on a quote from our favorite snow queen, Elsa, “The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside (of Penn State Behrend).” This kingdom of isolation has everyone bundled up to bare the blustery winds. While winter gear does not typically scream fashionable, we Collegiettes are determined to feel warm and look great. I think this calls for a makeover, well, at least for your boots.
With the harsh winter weather conditions, it can be hard to look stylish while trucking through the Mount-Everest-sized piles of snow to class.
