An Honest Review of the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Gel Wash

I am very picky when it comes to skincare, as everyone should be, because taking care of your skin now will pay off as you age. There are so many products on the market to please every type of skin. Most people don’t realize how many (important) steps there are in skincare routines; the main ones people follow are some sort of face wash and a moisturizer. While these are two pretty important steps, they aren’t able to reach their full potential without the aid of other products.

For the past week, I have been using the Micellar Foaming Face Wash by Garnier along with other products in my day-to-day skincare routine. This face wash foams up to remove all the excess makeup and dirt on your face, even the stuff you think you washed off. I was especially curious to try it because it says that it works well with sensitive skin, which I have. The product doesn’t have a very strong odor either, which was reassuring for someone with sensitive skin. I used this once a day during my shower and noticed my skin became less greasy throughout the day. This product also contains no alcohol, parabens, sulfates, or fragrance, which are big things you want to avoid in any skincare product.

Overall, if you’re someone with skin that’s not particularly problematic, I would recommend this product to you. It does what it says, and I had no negative side effects from it. I think it’s a good stepping stone into skincare for someone new to the realm.
