Friar Foodie: The Grange

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Providence chapter.

Providence is a city full of amazing restaurants that are hidden in every corner.  To celebrate these businesses and their delicious food, HC Providence is starting a series called Friar Foodie.  To kick it off, we’re going to start with one of our favorites, The Grange.

The Grange is focused on serving organic, locally grown vegetarian food to the community.  It’s menu ranges from Pretzel Bread French Toast to a Carrot Dog to a Gluten Free Brownie Sundae.

Located on 166 Broadway Street, The Grange is a quick five minutes away from campus.  It’s quiet atmosphere around lunch time makes it the perfect spot to study for a test while sipping on one of it’s freshly pressed juices.  Not only is the food delicious, but it is so healthy for you and the environment.

We look forward to seeing you guys at The Grange in the next few weeks!  Be sure to try the Brownie Sundae!
