Review: Recharge Bars

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Princeton chapter.

Recharge Dynamic Nutrition Chocolate and Caramel Bar

This Recharge bar (read: chocolate + caramel flavor)  pleasantly surprised me.  When I think of nutrition or energy bars, I think: bland or nasty. This was not the case. These bars are actually extremely delicious. It honestly tasted just like a candy bar minus the gross sugar overdose (do you know what I mean?).  After eating it, I felt healthy and ready to go out for some exercise.  After normal candy bars, I usually feel disgusted with myself and just want to sit on the couch in a vegetable-like state.  I highly recommend this bar to anyone who wants a sweet treat, but does not want to sacrifice their diet.

Disclaimer: Recharge Foods has created chocolate bars with 100 calories and 8 grams of protein. The bars are meant to give you the power to recharge. The products that Patricia describes were provided as a gift; all opinions are her own.
