Review: Question Nutrition

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Princeton chapter.

So I am not going to lie, I really hate that pasty taste you get regularly from protein bars, so I was a little hesitant to try Quest Bars. I also am not entirely convinced that an entire 6-inch protein bar can replace any plate of food, but I really enjoyed eating the Quest Bars in between meals. Since they are packed with protein and fiber to keep you feeling full, I found myself eating less during meals or controlling my portions since I was not going from meal to meal starving. My favorite flavors were the chocolate chip cookie dough and the brownie. I am not a huge fan of fruity flavor non-fruit products, so it was a matter of personal preference. The chocolate flavors definitely did not disappoint! The texture of these protein bars was moist, chewy and appetizing. The brownie flavor reminded me of an actual flavor because it was so rich in flavor and the texture was satisfying. I hope to pick up a couple more bars in the future—apparently they go really well in cookies!

Disclaimer: Quest is known for their bars that pack on the protein but lack unhealthy amounts of sugar. Materials refered in the article were sent to Patricia as a gift, all opinions are her own.
