Hello super food! 3 tablespoons of Hemp Hearts seeds are packed with 10 grams of protein. These tiny powerhouses keep you full.   For once, it was impossible for me to devour a whole bag in an entire sitting. To me, they tasted a little bit like sunflower seeds, and they were delicious. Here is a recipe for a kale salad with avocados and tomatoes (picture shown above from the link).  I would have tried the recipe to share with you had I found it before I finished off the seeds straight from the bag with a spoon. If you try it, let me know how it turns out!

Disclaimer: Hemp Hearts are an easy way to add omegas, fiber, and protein into your diet. Hemp Hearts are perfect for smoothies, salads, cereal, and more (let us know what you try in the comment box below!). Materials mentioned in the post were sent to Tori as a gift, all opinions are her own.
