Guacamole is a crowd pleaser. If you’re simply hanging out in your dorm room and care to share some sort of snack with your friends or if you happen to just love gauc (as much as any member of the HCP team) then this recipe is beyond quick and perfect for you.

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • pinch ground cumin (optional)

Instructions
  1. Mash avocado with a fork or potato masher in a bowl until the consistency you prefer. Add lime juice and salt and mix well with fork. Stir in tomatoes, onion, and chopped cilantro. If using cumin, add at this point.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and serve.
