Lip Balm is one of my favorite beauty items. You will never see me anywhere without it. I have explored and tried out my fair share of lip balms and have a found a few that I love and would like to share with all you beautiful people. So, here they are.

Korres
Korres sells an intensely hydrating lip balm. It is a “rich buttery lip balm that melts on the lips and offers a shiny, tinted finish” (https://www.korresusa.com/product/5005/butter/color/whats-hot/best-sellers). Shea butter, a key ingredient in the lip balm, acts as an anti-inflammatory and moisturizer. Rice wax, the second key ingredient in the lip balm, focuses on hydrating the lips and leaves them feeling silky smooth.  These Korres lip balms come in many different flavors, including Pomegranate, Plum, Guava, Wild Rose, Quince, Jasmine, and Mango. Each lip balm is sold $12.00/0.24oz.

Eos
I have recently discovered lip balm sold in a smooth sphere by eos. Some of this lip balm’s main features are that it is 95% organic and 100% natural, containing smoothing shea butter, jojoba oil, and antioxidant-rich vitamin E, allowing it to provide long-lasting moisture that smoothes on clear. The eos flavors include summer fruit, lemon drop spf 15, strawberry sorbet, honeysuckle honeydew, medicated tangerine, and sweet mint. These can all be found here: http://evolutionofsmooth.com/products_lip_sphere.html) and are sold for $3.29 each.
Eos also sells a lip balm-smooth stick, with flavors including vanilla bean, pomegranate raspberry, and sweet mint, which you can check out here: http://evolutionofsmooth.com/products_lip_stick.html. These are sold for $3.29 each.

Burt’s Bees
Burt’s Bees sells many nourishing lip balms as well. Here a few great lip balms from their collection. They can all be found here: http://www.burtsbees.com/natural-products/lips-lip-balms/.

1.     The Medicated Lip Balm made with Menthol and Eucalyptus oil that helps to cure dry lips is sold for $3.00.

2. The Nourishing Lip Balm with Mango Butter helps to hydrate lips. As Burt’s Bees says, “One taste of its fresh, fruity flavor and you’re lips will love you with a passion.” It is sold for $3.00.

3. The Rejuvenating Lip Balm with Açaí Berry contains a healthy infusion of Vitamins A, C, D and E, antioxidants and moisturizing Omega Oils to help treat and renew your lips. It is sold for $3.00.

Vaseline
If you’re looking for a lip balm that isn’t as fruity-flavored as those listed above, try Vaseline Lip Therapy Advanced Formula for a deep treatment. This “squeeze-out liquid formula instantly quenches serious dryness and smooths painful cracks” (http://www.realsimple.com/beauty-fashion/makeup/lips/road-test-lip-balms-00000000010592/page2.html). It can be found at your local drugstore for $2.00.

Nivea
Nivea sells a Kiss of Protection Sun Protection Lip Care SPF 30 Lip Balm, which contains titanium dioxide, vitamin E and shea butter.  Wear this when you are outdoors while skiing or hiking and you will be protected from harmful UV rays. (http://www.realsimple.com/beauty-fashion/makeup/lips/road-test-lip-balms-00000000010592/page3.html). This can be found at your local drugstore for $3.00.

Beautorium
Looking for a natural look? Try Beautorium’s Pangea Organics Italian Red Mandarin with Rose Lip Balm. It contains tamanu-nut and rose-flower oils combined in a beeswax balm to help heal and moisturize dehydrated lips. It can be found here: http://www.beautorium.com/natural-organic-face-care-114/lip-treatments-129/pangea-organics-italian-red-mandarin-with-rose-lip-balm-385.html and is sold for $12.00.
