Farrah: Salads, Salads, Salads

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Princeton chapter.

So one of the things that I always try with my diets is eating salad at home…and it never lasts because the salads I make are just never as good as the ones you order from the restaurant. But I wanted to share with you a great recipe that is sure to make any greens taste good. Also, since cooking doesn’t have to be an exact science, you can definitely add more or less of the ingredients to satisfy your taste!

Salad Dressing

1 tbsp Honey Mustard (or to taste!)

1:3 Parts Balsamic Vinegar: Olive Oil

1 tsp Fresh Chopped Garlic (or to taste!)

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

Splash of Orange Juice

All you have to do is mix the ingredients together and serve with your favorite greens—I’ve tried this recipe with just lettuce and another time with mixed greens…both were delicious and I even went for seconds!
