A good bra, like a good man, is hard to find. Collegiettes™, don’t we all know this to be true? We need a strapless bra, t-shirt bras, old-ratty-thing-that-we-wear-on-laundry-day bras, and of course sports bras. Trust me, as a tennis player and gym dweller, I am always in need of a sports bra that offers an adequate amount of support. Each sports bra that I’ve tried in the past was either: a) lacking in the area of support or b) extremely irritating once I began to sweat. Thankfully, ladies, my quest for the perfect sports bras has come to an end.
BareNecessities.com launched in 1998 with a mission to provide the finest designer intimate apparel for women of all shapes and sizes. For our collegents, Bare Necessities also offers a selection of underwear for men (check it out guys). Erin, the Marketing Association of BareNecessities.com, has let us know that Bare Necessities’s goal is “to make shopping online with [Bare Necessities] as easy, helpful, an more enjoyable than a visit to your favorite store.”
Bare Necessities has risen to become the largest online retailer of women’s and men’s intimate apparel and underwear. Bare Necessities carries over 200 styles, with band sizes ranging from 32 to 56 and cup sizes ranging from A to M. It’s safe to say that there is something to everyone.
Let me introduce you to Bare Necessities’s Champion Sports Bra. The Champion Sports Bra is ideal for medium impact activities such as golf and skating; I found that this bra is perfect for a day of “active rest” or a workout at the gym. The bra definitely offers a lot of support—trust me, I’m not on the IBT Committee. The bra comfortable, an extremely good fit, and irritation free. On the plus side, it’s the type of sports bra that simply inspires you to go to the gym.
I just know that I am going to be doing more sports bra shopping on Bare Necessities before the semester begins.
Verdict: Try It Out
