You recently traveled abroad to Australia. What was that like?
It was the best experience of my life! I met wonderful people, saw a really amazing part of the world and went on so many excursions. It truly was an adventure of a lifetime!
What was it like adjusting back to life at UP?
Honestly, it was really cold. I miss all the people that I got to know back in Australia. It is nice to come back to the states where things cost a lot less, but I really miss being walking distance from the beach.
Dream job: describe it.
I love English, so I would say that teaching English to middle school students would be a dream come true. It is a pretty awkward stage to be in, but the students are able to think and act for themselves. People don’t always recognize that about young people.
If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one book with you, what would it be?
Man, I love books! If I had to pick just one it would be To Kill a Mocking Bird by Harper Lee.
