Who What Wear: Metallic Goddesses on the 72nd Golden Globes Red Carpet

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Point Park chapter.

US Weekly Magazine posted their list of the Best Dressed at this year’s Golden Globes and we agree that everyone on it looked stunning. We could not help but notice the reoccurring metallic designs that a lot of the attenders wore.

We have complied our very own list of beauties who attended the Golden Globes who turned heads in their variety of metallic designs! Keep reading to see our Top 7 Metallic Goddesses from the 2015 Golden Globes:

Emma Stone wears a Lanvin fall-length bow-cinched jumpsuit with an embellished strapless crop-top and black pumps to finish the look off. This rule-breaker number definitely exuded simplicity and class.

Julianne Moore wears a Givenchy Couture gown that begins with a sequined torso and cascades into a waterfall of feathers. The metallic ombré design was a flattering choice for the Still Alice actress.

Reese Witherspoon wears a shimmering strapless Calvin Klein gown along with Tiffany & Co. jewels. The Wild actress definitely looked wildly gorgeous in her minimalistic number.

Diane Kruger wears a silver floor-length gown by Emilia Wickstead, giving off a perfect Old Hollywood style. Kruger added a Marina B. ring and a neutral rectangular clutch to complete the effortless look.

Jennifer Lopez wears a Zuhair Murad gown with a plunging neckline, a slit that seems to stop just in time for everyone to give a sigh of relief (or disappointment) and a cape that drapes beautifully behind her. Lorraine Schwartz diamonds finish off the look. J. Lo never lets us down!

Dakota Johnson wears a Chanel Couture tinsel strapless dress with a sexy above-the-knee slit that gives off a peek to her legs. The Fifty Shades of Grey star exuded a lot more than grey on the red carpet as she completed her look with a mirrored boxy clutch and silver strappy heels.

Kate Hudson wears a winter white Versace gown with sparkling side panels and a deep-V cut that accentuates her assets. The actress kept her accessories simple with a linear matching clutch as her snug number did not need any help showing up and turning heads!
