Jonas fans can rejoice because the middle brother is back with an all new band! It’s been a long two years since Joe Jonas has been on the music scene, but he is back better than ever. Recently this month, Jonas announced that he is the frontman of a brand new pop band, called DNCE.
The fresh pop band is made up by Jonas and three other members. DNCE’s drummer, Jack Lawless, was actually the drummer for the Jonas Brothers for over eight years. The other two members of the band are bassist Cole Whittle and guitarist JinJoo Lee.
DNCE’s breakout single, “Cake By The Ocean,” is the perfect jam you need in your life. It has an undeniably catchy beat that you just can’t help but dance to. The funky pop band made their TV debut on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon last week.
It is obvious that this band has some incredible energy. Rumor has it that DNCE will put out their first EP this fall, with a full length album coming out early 2016. DNCE is definitely an upcoming band to watch!
