Everyone loves a good excuse to get dressed up and go out on the town. Whether it’s hitting up your shopping mall or going out to eat with friends, it is so easy to spice up a generally simple outfit! Today, I went to lunch with a friend and threw my look together in just a few short minutes. My shoes, pants, and necklace all came from Target (LOVE that place!) and the tank top is from Urban Outfitters.
