Describe yourself in 5 words: Smart, funny, rude, bored, and honest.
What has been the most influential person or experience thus far that has made you who you are?
Hmmm that’s a good question. I don’t think there is anyone in particular that has influenced me. But where you come from influences who you are a lot. So, for me overcoming a small town and family that didn’t really accept my being gay has made me who I am. And coming to Pitt, I’ve met so many people that have made me who I am. Good friends have influenced me. Growing is about realizing you’re going to change and develop and good friends will be by your side through it all.
Describe your dream man?
Let’s see.. he is.. really passionate about whatever he does. I don’t care what it is. He is good person but he doesn’t mind sarcasm. So I could be rude around him and he wouldn’t think I’m a bad person. He wants a family. He doesn’t have a problem moving and living in different places. He loves other cultures.
The best date you’ve been on?
Have I been on a best date?? YAH!!! Well it’s funny because I went on a date when I was in Paris at the Eiffel tower and it was the most picturesque date every. But the ironic thing is that I never would have pinned that as my best date. So I think I haven’t had my true best date yet – it would be something that I didn’t know because I wouldn’t plan it.
Do you have an obsession?
I have an obsession with being right.
Do you want to elaborate on that?
I feel like I tend to dig myself into situations where I say something is true… realize it’s false… but by then I keep pretending its true and don’t know what went wrong. For example I tend to believe whatever I hear, if it comes from the news or Internet, so I say it’s true as if it were fact, then it turns out to not be.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself in another country, helping people, arguing a lot with everyone.
About what?
I want to work in non-profit. I think that’s somewhere you have to argue a lot to get people to give money and be generous. But, arguing in the local language of course.
What do you like to do for fun?
Procrastinate.. I don’t know. Play Pokémon. I like to beat people at video games for fun.

If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
I’d like to be more self-confident. I’d like to not make bad first impressions – I make horrible first impressions. I’d like to change that some day.
