HC: What extracurricular activities are you involved in?
J: I am a sister of Alpha Epsilon Phi and I am involved in The Fashion Business Association.
HC: Which is your favorite? Why?
J: Alpha Epsilon Phi because I met my best friends there and I love being involved in our philanthropies, Sharsheret and The Ellizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation. I also love participating in sisterhood events like kayaking and snow tubing.
HC: Sounds like you’re pretty busy! How do you balance being in Aephi, the Fashion Business Association and being a marketing major?
J: It’s hard, but I have really been working on my time management skills this year. I really utilize my agenda to help me stay organized and prioritize what I need to do each week.
HC: What is your favorite thing about being a student at Pitt?
J: I love Pitt because of the warm atmosphere and seeing friendly faces wherever go!
HC: I hear your birthday was recently. How did you celebrate?
J: Well, my birthday is right by Halloween—November 1st—so I dressed up as Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffany’s and spent time with my friends.
HC: Great costume choice. Any specific gifts you’re hoping for?
J: I really want a pair of the Round Flash Ray Bans! They’re so trendy!
HC: What’s your favorite quote?
J: “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”
HC: Are you single and ready to mingle?
J: I am.
