Fitness YouTubers That Will Whip You Into Shape

Spring is in the air, which means the layers will soon be lost. To be entirely honest, the winter pounds did not skip over me. Also, I can’t afford to have a personal trainer and sometimes the Pete just seems light-years away. As a YouTuber myself, I turn to YouTube for everything, including my fitness plans and healthy meal ideas. I put together my top 5 fitness YouTubers to help you get in shape in the comfort of your own home! And by home I mean your dorm or apartment.

1. BlogilatesWith over 1 million subscribers, it is safe to say Cassey is one of the most popular fitness instructors on YouTube.  She has different sets of workouts for every muscle group. Or if you just enjoy Pilates, she has plenty of those videos too.  Personally, I love how she talks through each workout as if we’re best friends. Who doesn’t love to make the strenuous minutes pass quickly while talking about giveaways and nail polish?

2. FitnessBlender. I go here when I want to work on a certain muscle group or do a really intense workout. Seriously, who doesn’t love a fast 10-minute ab-killing workout?

3. POPSUGAR FitnessPopsugar is an amazing site, but who knew they had an awesome fitness channel? Want to learn how to eat properly under stress? They have a video for that. Want to see how the Victoria’s Secret Angels workout? They have a video for that. Fact or Fiction helps you determine what workout regimen is best for you. Be sure to check out this awesome channel for great, instructional videos.

4. Laura London FitnessCooking! A channel that teaches you how to cook healthily! For those lucky enough to have a full kitchen, be sure to check out this wonderful lady’s channel. Laura also has really great videos when it comes to workouts as well.

5. stylemeFIT. This channel has everything. Should you workout when you’re sick? How can I eat healthy while I’m swamped with schoolwork? Or perhaps you need some motivation? This channel has everything for you! Workouts, food and inspiration! 

If you subscribe to any of these channels, you are bound to have a beach bod and feel better about yourself in no time! Don’t forget, it takes at least 4 weeks to notice a change in your body, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice! Stay strong and be healthy!
