Dan Demarest
Ladies, if you feel like you have the worst luck in meeting descent guys, let me turn your head in another direction, Dan Demarest. A Bill Murray and Breaking Bad fan (score!) Dan graciously allowed me to rattle his brain for you ladies. So, why was he chosen? Dan is sweet, easy going, and funny. It’s no wonder why he is this week’s campus cutie. But don’t take my word for it, read for yourself.

Major: Communication Science and Disorders (Cha Ching)

How did you pick your major?
Pretty simple I guess. A friend told me about it. There was no big epiphany.
Now that you have taken a few of the classes, are you leaning towards Speech Pathology or Audiology?
I’m leaning more towards Audiology. It’s probably because I’m so burned out with midterms for Speech. (Can’t argue with him there)
Every time I see you, you have your headphones in, so what is the first song that pops up on your iPod?
Dan: I like hipster music. (Pulls out his iPod and turns it on)

Me: I love Young Folks
Dan: Yeah, they’re awesome. I saw them in concert in Philadelphia. I stayed after and got to meet them.

Ha, yeah, I like when they do the tweets together.

Life Aquatic. I used to hate it, but now I like it. (Rent it)
If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go?
I don’t know. I have never traveled abroad before. I guess, London.

Perfect Date
I don’t know. My idea would be to relax and watch an 80’s horror movie.
Me: (While I’m laughing) Some guys would say a candle light dinner.
Candlelight? That’s weird. Maybe for a special occasion, like an anniversary, but not for a date.
Me: I’m glad you’re not a cliché then.
