If you are looking to bake something simple and delicious this is the recipe for you. In a few easy steps, you will have a fruit pizza to eat and enjoy with friends and family. Happy baking!

Part 1: The Crust

Ingredients:

  • 12” pizza pan

  • 1 package of yellow cake mix

  • 2 tablespoons of water

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

  • ½ cup of chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉

  2. Grease a 12” pizza pan and then spread flour on the pan

  3. Mix the ingredients listed above together

  4. Spread batter onto greased and floured pan

  5. Cook crust for 15 minutes

  6. Let cool

Part 2: Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • ⅓ cup of water

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the above ingredients in a bowl

  2. Spread on top of crust

Part 3: Fruit

Recommended Ingredients:

  • 1 can sliced pineapple

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries

  • 2 sliced bananas

  • 2 dozen green grapes (cut in half)

  • Kiwi

  • Raspberries

*If you cannot get these fruits, use what is available!*

Instructions:

  1. Arrange fruit on top of cheese spread

Part 4: The Glaze

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of apricot preserves

  • 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions:

  1. Heat the above ingredients until thin

  2. Remove glaze from heat, and cool slightly

  3. Spread glaze over fruit with a pastry brush

Refrigerate pizza until cold.
