Halloween is approaching us and it is sneakier than we thought. Becasue if I remember correctly, just yesterday we had two months to plan the best halloween costume OF ALL TIME!!!! Sadly, now all we have is FIVE DAYS!!! (*dun dun duuuuuuunnnnn*)
But don’t panic ladies, I will show you 5 easy, D.I.Y. costumes that will having you looking spooky and cute on this big day. Yes, I do agree that some of these costumes may look simple, but there is nothing that a few accessories that can make an outfit go from *blah* to *bow chica bow wow*! As for the boys, even though these tips are specifically for the more feminine of the bunch, it doesn’t mean that you cannot take the ideas and just use men’s clothing and accessories to create amazing last minute looks.
1) Mean Girls (Glenn) “She doesn’t even go here”
–> simple light blue hoodie (NOT any other color if not it makes no sense)
–> a sign that says “she does’nt even go here”
–> black shades
–> simple dark color pants (black works best)
2) Gumball Machine
–> red pair of pants/skirt
–> a white T-shirt
–> colorful cotton balls to glue onto the shirt as “gumballs”
–> a little foam slot with “25” cents written on it taped to the pants
3) Fake News
–> white T-shirt
–> black marker to write “FAKE” on the shirt
–> a bunch of newspapers
–> pins to stick the news paper onto black pants
4) Mime
–> black hat
–> black pants
–> black and white striped shirt
–> white face makeup and eyeliner
5) Boo (Monster’s Inc)
–> oversized pink shirt
–> purple pants/leggings
–> white shoes and socks
–> pigtails
–> Sully stuffed animal or partner dresses up as sully (for an extra accessory)
