Disney’s and Marvel’s Infinity Wars just hit the billion dollar mark over the weekend. According to CNN, it only took 11 days for the film to reach that milestone. In fact, it successfully got this achievement one day earlier than the previous record holder Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Therefore, Infinity Wars set the record for the fastest film to reach this milestone in the 11 days.

However, this isn’t Disney’s or Marvel’s first film to reach a billion dollars at the box office. This will be Disney’s 17th film and Marvel’s sixth film to hit a billion dollars. But, the film still hasn’t been released all over the world yet. China still has to wait for May 11th for the film to come out. China is the second biggest market in the world.
