Women struggle. But this time, I got you. Do you want to get rid of cellulite and flaky skin without suffering through painful procedures? I have an alternative for you.

One day I was getting a massage for cellulite reduction, and oh it was painful. So the masseuse gave me a beauty secret. She told me to infuse coconut oil with fine coffee grinds. Then, she showed me how to do the massage with the oil after it’s been infused for at least a week. You make a fist with your hand and give yourself a knuckle massage going in circular motions.

I immediately went ahead and bought my ingredients to start my coffee infused oil. Then I had the idea to add brown sugar after the oil was infused for about a week and a half. I was left with a very rich scrub. My entire body looks radiant after I use it. I do the massage three times a week.

I have found the results to be amazing. During winter your skin stays hydrated due to the oil, but it looks energized because of the caffeine. The sugar actually gets rid of dead cells, serving as an exfoliant.

Here are some benefits of coffee infused coconut oil:

  • Reduces cellulite
  • Serves as anti-aging and delays wrinkles
  • It helps to reduce dark circles under your eyes

I prefer doing these DIY scrubs than store-bought. Most times they work better and quicker. The best part of them is that they are cheap and easy to do.

Here’s how to be cellulite free:

  1. Find a jar with a lid and fill up ½ of the jar with coffee grinds and then fill up ¾ of the jar with coconut oil.
  2. Allow it to infuse for a week and a half.
  3. Then fill the rest of the jar with brown sugar.
  4. Mix it with a spatula or spoon.

The scrub is now ready to be used, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
