Do any of you guys have 9am classes? Is it so hard to get out of bed in the morning? I’ve never had 9am classes until this year and whenever i’m trying to get out of bed, I have to fight with myself. My body isn’t used to this and of course I just want to stay in my bed and sleep through my class but I can’t. I had to find ways to wake myself up and be ready for all my classes.

Smoothies

I decided to start getting smoothies every morning because just having fruit in the morning wakes you up and makes you feel fresh.

Showers

Taking a shower in the morning is probably my best decision, because even when I can’t open my eyes in the morning, putting water on my face wakes me right up.

Going to Bed Early

I know it’s not normal to go to sleep early when you are a college student, but sometimes going to sleep early is probably the best choice for me. It’s exhausting with all of the classes and work! Whenever I go to sleep early, it’s never a struggle to get up and go to my 9am classes!

These are just some of the many ways I’ve found that make me ready for my 9am, because I know they’re hard to deal with… and sometimes I really do think I want to drop them; however, I can’t. These classes are essential to my major and for graduating. So if you’re ever struggling with the same thing, I hope these ideas can help you go about your day even though you have to start early!
