Honestly, one of the reasons I was excited to return to Oxy for second semester was making the Green Bean, the student-run coffee shop, a part of my morning routines once again. The Green Bean hasn’t ceased in being one of my favorite places on campus to meet up with friends and work on homework, especially now that they’ve started increasing their sustainability efforts. For example, if you don’t order your drink to-go, the baristas will lend you a reusable coffee mug, and they are always taking donations of new mugs. You can check out the Green Bean’s entire menu here: http://www.oxy.edu/x8630.xml.
