A tassel garland is a really cute way to add some color to your wall or above your bed, but they can be costly.  Turns out it is super easy to make on your own!

What you need: tissue paper, string, scissors

1. First you want to fold your tissue in half and cut strips except for a few inches at the top (see picture) where the fold is

2.  Open your tissue and roll it

3. Twist the center

4.  Make a loop and put on string

You can spice it up by adding some metallic tissue too!
