Frustrated, furious, fierce,

I just cannot remember this!

Numbers flying through my mind,

As if they have a mind of their own.

Numbers, papers, everything,

Flying around the room so rapidly,

Like a blink of an eye,

Balls of hair wads next to me,

Like they have nowhere better to be!

C-L-U-E-L-E-S-S and M-E-A-N-I-N-G-L-E-S-S,

But I want to be the best like the sun shinning with its rays,

I want the best job I can get like the President or a millionaire,

I want to make my parents, teachers, and community proud,

As if I was helping my community be the best it can be.

But if I don’t get this straight,

My life would be miserable and depressed,

My life would go downhill as fast as a bowling ball,

Rolling down so fast to hit a strike,

My dreams would be down the drain.

HOPE,

HOPE,

HOPE is all I can ask!
