Spring is upon us. Well, almost. With winter slowly moving away, we have many things to look forward to. Doesn’t is always seem like it’s wintertime in Oswego? For a few short weeks, we get to enjoy the spring, just like the rest of America. We’ve seen good weather the past few days, so here is a list of things to do when the weather is nice.

  1. Take a walk!

Sounds easy enough. We go to a school with a beautiful campus, so we need to take advantage of it! Plus, walking equals exercise. Just watch out for the goose poop!

  1. Go to the lake.

We’re lucky enough to be so close to Lake Ontario, why not take advantage of it? Sometimes, the climb down to the lake is an adventure in itself. Don’t be afraid to get a little dirt on your hands!

  1. Watch the sunset.

‘Nuff said.

  1. Join someone outside

Countless people are hanging out, playing catch or Kan Jam. Make some new friends and join in the fun! Plus, it’s great exercise!

  1. Watch a sporting event

Oswego has several spring sports, so cheer on your fellow Oswego State Lakers!

This is a small list of the many things to do in Oswego during spring. Use this list or make a list of your own and enjoy the sun!

I'm a junior. I like to read, watch T.V. and sleep. Aaaand that's it.
