This year’s fall concert is indie group Walk on the Moon, with Magic Man opening. The concert is free and will take place in Hewitt Union. The concert begins at 7:00 p.m., with the doors opening half an hour before.

Walk the Moon was started in 2008 by lead singer Nicholas Petricca. The band went through several member changes before coming together with the current members in 2010. Kevin Ray, Sean Waugaman and Eli Maiman are the other members. They are based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The band has played all over, including Bonnaroo. For live performances, the band paints their faces and brings some to share with audience.

Two songs that Walk the Moon is known for are “Anna Sun” and “Tightrope.”

Magic Man hails from Boston/Providence.

If you want to have fun and listen to great music, don’t miss out!
