Why did you decide to go to Oswego?
My older sister goes here and I grew to love the college. Plus, I fell in love with the beautiful lake.
What’s your favorite part about Oswego?
The lake. I know it’s what everyone says, but I absolutely love it.
How does Oswego differ from the school you went to before?
My community college didn’t really have dorms and it was really close to where I lived, so I commuted. The class sizes were so much smaller, too. A small class here would be considered a large class there.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love doing lakeside yoga! It’s so relaxing and is a great way to just escape the stress of school work.
What is your favorite movie?
Eat, Pray, Love.
If you could travel to any place, where would it be and why?
Ireland. It’s part of my heritage and I have always been drawn there. It’s such a beautiful place.

Ryan Reynolds!!

What advice do you have for other transfer students?
To hang in there. The first week is so hard to get through and you just want to quit immediately. But it does get better and you begin to make friends and build a bond with the campus.
