This week’s Campus Cutie is one for the record books folks. Not only is she beautiful, funny, and intelligent, but she also has one of the biggest hearts out there. Between being a counselor at a children’s camp all summer and studying to be a kindergarten teacher during the semester, this girl shares her immense passion for teaching. Amanda is fun-loving and has a contagious laugh that will keep you beaming all day. So keep an eye out on campus everybody because she is ready for a man to sweep her off her feet!

If youhad to eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be? Popcorn

What kind of extracurricular activities are you involved with? Cut the craft Club, Mentor Scholar, Education Club, Del Sarte Dance Club.

What is your dream career and why? I want to be a Kindergarten teacher because I love children and I like knowing I could be a part of shaping them into the person they are going to be for the rest of their school years, which is really amazing. I want to have the same impact on my students as my kindergarten teacher had on me.

 
What’s your biggest pet peeve and why? 
I don’t like people touching my stuff. That drives me crazy.

What’s your favorite movie? Clueless, cause it’s the story of my life.

What’s your ideal first date? I want a date where I can talk the whole time and get to know the person to make a connection. I have always wanted to go to a carnival for a date! It would be so much fun!

If you’re into a boy how do you let him know? I’ll go out of my way to keep in contact with them.

 

What’s your guilty pleasure? The Bachelor

Who has had the most influence on your life and why? My mother. We’ve been through a lot together and she is my best friend. I look up to her in every way, in fact I am kind of following in her footsteps by becoming a teacher. She is so caring; I just love her to death.
