STEP ONE: Find the perfect spot. This can be anything from a cute spot on the side of the road, to a gorgeous spot in a vineyard.

STEP TWO: Bring a comfy blanket, because who wants to sit on the hard ground or damp grass. Any blanket will do, you can even make it yourself if you’re feeling crafty! An insider tip is be sure to line your blanket with a shower curtain so you don’t ruin the underside.

STEP THREE: Choose a cute picnic basket to fit all of your essentials.

STEP FOUR: Pick 2-4 snack choices. Special cheeses with crackers. Fresh fruit or veggies with hummus. Bring choices of meats: salami, prosciutto, or ham.

STEP FIVE: Pick 1-2 main entrées. These can consist of anything depending on how elaborate you are willing to go, and depending on what type of picnic you are planning. It can be anywhere from easy mason jar salads with paninis, to full meals like quiche and crostatas!

STEP SIX: You will always want to bring at least one dessert item to compliment your meal. Cute chocolate squares are perfect for the occasion!

STEP SEVEN: Don’t forget your favorite bubbly drink to bring along! It will create a decadent air to your picnic. Bring anything from rosé to white wine or kombucha.

Now you have the perfect picnic, so get started packing and enjoy!
