Major: Journalism

This Hawaiian had a lot to learn about how to dress for winter weather. Here she sports an army green coat, maroon infinity scarf, a chunky statement watch and, of course, a warm coffee.

HCO: How would you describe your signature style?

KVM: I love dressing cute and comfortable! It’s all about the eclectic outfits that are affordable and durable for walking around campus.

HCO: What style piece are you most into right now?

KVM: Tee shirt dresses! They are perfect for going out, going to class, or any occasion you could think of! I also like how you can either play them up with chunky accessories or they can be totally casual with a flannel and scarf.

HCO: What is you go to outfit for winter weather?

KVM: This is going to sound so basic, but it’s definitely my North Face and an infinity scarf with boots and leggings. I think that’s one think I love about Oregon, actually – everyone dresses comfy and people don’t really care about looking good when the weather is frightening.
