HCO: How would you describe your style?
Bohemian mixed with Nike mixed with adventure.
HCO: Who or what inspires your style?
Everybody! I don’t think I have a specific person I look up or try to dress like. From growing up in Texas to moving to Oregon for college, my style has completely changed. As basic as this sounds, I think I get a lot my inspiration from tumblr and then probably the people of Eugene. I love looking around and seeing all the crazy styles this city has to offer.
HCO: What is your go to outfit?
Black leggings, my blue Patagonia fleece and either Birks or Converse with socks. One way or another, I always try to make my socks visible so if I’m wearing leggings and Converse then my socks always go over my leggings. Its 90’s-looking.
HCO: Do you have any key pieces that you always wear?
I always seem to end up wearing my black Converse because they are easy and go with mostly everything. I’ve had them since seventh grade and I am way overdue for a new pair but I cant seem to get rid of them. They have this vintage look that I want to make last forever. Other than Converse, I own way too many funky-looking socks.
HCO: Where do you find yourself shopping the most?
Free People is always the first place I look when it comes to clothes. I highly dislike shopping malls so when I go it’s usually for something specific. I usually just browse lots of different stores online.
